When will the pre-orders ship?

Our estimated shipping dates are noted on all pre-order item product listings! 

 

Does my card get charged when I place the order, or when the order ships?

Cards are charged when the order is placed! Pre-orders help pay for the production and shipping costs for the designs you're ordering! Charging at time of purchase also helps us avoid cards expiring, or charges coming in for customers when they don't expect it.

  

If I have pre-order items and in stock items in an order together, do the in stock items ship first, or will it ship together once everything is in stock?

Orders always ship together! If one of the items in your order isn't in stock, the whole order will wait to ship until every item is in stock!

How can I be notified of the status of my order?

You should receive confirmation emails when you place your order and an email with tracking info when we ship your order! Sign up for email notifications to receive additional updates!
